Celia spent years inside a large multi-trade shop in the Salt Lake valley, first on the phones and the board, then as a call center manager, and eventually as the shop's dedicated ServiceTitan support analyst. That last seat is where the real education happened: owning configuration, reporting, integrations, and the daily fires that come with running ServiceTitan at full scale.

From there she joined CEO Warrior as Master Advisor of Technology & Automation, advising home service owners across the country on the systems and workflows behind their operations before launching SmartService. Today she leads a small team of coaches who handle the client work alongside her.

What is a Certified ServiceTitan Provider?

A Certified ServiceTitan Provider is a consultant vetted and credentialed by ServiceTitan to implement, configure, and coach on the platform. SmartService Solutions is a Certified Provider with active Coach, Change Manager, and Accountant certifications.

Do you offer ServiceTitan implementation for new users?

Yes. We handle full ServiceTitan implementation for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage door, and landscaping shops. Tag trees, business units, memberships, price book, payroll, and integrations built to match how your shop actually runs, not how the software wants you to run.

Can you fix an existing ServiceTitan setup that's a mess?

That's most of what we do. ServiceTitan cleanup and rescue work: take an implementation that's been half-configured for two years and turn it into a system your team can trust. Fix what's broken, retire what isn't used, document the rest.

Do you offer ServiceTitan training for CSRs and dispatchers?

Yes. Our SmartService Academy runs module-based training for CSRs and dispatchers, plus live roleplay and Q&A sessions. We also coach owners and managers directly on ServiceTitan configuration, dispatch strategy, and reporting.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call and an 85+ point config and operations audit. From there we scope the work (implementation, cleanup, or ongoing coaching) and share pricing. No retainers you don't need, no charge for quick questions between projects.
