My journey in the home services world began at a local plumbing and HVAC company based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I embraced the art of leadership and the challenge of juggling various roles within an organization while working to maintain our call center.
Over the last five years I’ve specialized in home service software. I crafted personalized reports, built comprehensive dashboards, implemented and managed ServiceTitan, built marketing automations, and worked to streamline processes and procedures. My toolkit expanded with automation programs like Zapier, CHIIRP, and collaborations with many other software companies, all aimed at making our operations as sleek and efficient as possible.
Most recently I worked as a technology and software consultant for CEO Warrior where I helped businesses to navigate their CRM, train staff, implement new software, and so much more.
My passion for this industry runs deep, but it’s the desire to impact our industry on a larger scale that drives me. My unique background in the trades helps me to not only guide companies on new, innovative technology, but also how to incorporate industry best practices for excellence in customer engagement.
Beyond the professional, my life is filled with cherished moments with my husband, our two sons, our beloved animals, and enough hobbies to keep me busy for a lifetime.
