Celia Church

Celia is the owner and found of SmartService Solutions, bringing over a decade of customer service experience and a strong background in call center management and dispatching.

Celia found her true passion in home services at a local plumbing and HVAC company in the Salt Lake valley. From working directly at home service companies to consulting and advising, she combines her love of technology with her desire to help companies grow and thrive.

Celia has trained hundreds of customer service representatives (CSRs) and dispatchers on industry best practices and serving clients that the highest level. Celia’s gift for change management makes her a valuable partner for companies looking to implement new software, policies, or even team restructuring.

In early 2024, Celia took the leap to start her own company, allowing her to extend her reach and help even more businesses optimize their operations. Her passion for building lasting relationships with her clients drives her to go above and beyond, providing personalized solutions that not only increase profits but also improve company culture.

She cares deeply about every team she works with, and her goal is to guide them to achieve success in all aspects of their business. She spends her free time with her toddler, new baby, husband, and pets. They keep her busy, but when she has the time she plays guitar and travels.

Jenna Carter

Since joining the industry in 2019, Jenna has worn many hats, including customer service representative, dispatcher, dispatch supervisor, bookkeeper, and even HVAC technician. This diverse background gives her an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of a home service business, allowing her to support clients across various roles and departments. Her passion for solving problems and finding more efficient ways to manage operations has been a driving force throughout her career.

With over five years of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan, Jenna specializes in helping companies optimize their processes, particularly in accounting and financial workflows. Her goal is not only to help businesses grow but also to alleviate some of the day-to-day stress owners and managers face, giving them the tools to run their operations more efficiently.

Inspired by her mentor, Celia, Jenna has learned the value of hard work, confidence, and creative problem-solving when approaching the challenges of the home services industry. By understanding the interconnected nature of different roles within a company, Jenna is committed to fostering teamwork, improving communication, and creating a more effective and harmonious work environment.

Outside of her professional life, Jenna loves to spend time with her daughter, her cat Tofu, and her friends. One of her dreams would be to take a long vacation exploring Europe!
